Do I need any boxing experience?
No experience is necessary! Every workout is designed for all fitness levels. Our trainers demonstrate modifications and will guide you step-by-step through each combination.
What should I bring to my first class?
Bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. If you have your own gloves and hand wraps, great — if not, we have equipment available for purchase or loan at the club.
Can I try a class before joining?

How often should I attend to see results?
We recommend coming 2–3 times per week for noticeable results in both strength and endurance. Consistency is the key to progress.
What if I’ve never boxed before?
No problem! Most of our members started the same way. Our coaches will teach you proper stance, punches, and movements — ensuring a safe and effective workout from day one.
Are there options for kids?
Yes! We offer Youth Boxing classes for ages 4–14. They focus on fun, discipline, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment.

Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact fitness program scientifically shown to help people with Parkinson’s disease improve balance, coordination, and overall strength — while boosting confidence and social connection.
What is Adaptive Boxing and who can join?
