Our group boxing and kickboxing sessions combine powerful cardio, strength training, and real boxing techniques to deliver a full-body workout. Each class keeps you moving, motivated, and supported by our incredible trainers and community.
Class includes a warm-up, bag rounds and core exercises. All sessions are led by a trainer who guides you throughout offering demonstrations, modifications and driving you towards results. All ages and abilities.
Programs vary by individual need. Trial sessions are offered for a fee so you can experience the session. Trial includes glove loan and a session so you can learn and feel, first-hand, the benefits of this workout.
